Brand relaunch for RPI

new brochure design

Recruitment firm embraces new image
to meet corporate ambitions

RP International wanted to mark its tenth year as a specialist recruiter with a new logo and brand.

Over two years, I managed the development and roll-out of a new visual identity that reflected the company's dynamism, professionalism, global reach and reputation.

What did you do?

  • Talked to prospective design agencies and, after appointing Bray Leino, gave a detailed design brief
  • Managed the design project, using client feedback to refine requirements
  • Ensured new logo, photography, brand guidelines and stationery met the brief
  • Provided copy for four new folders
  • Managed the development of a new website
  • Provided all website copy including company brand values and strategy
  • Designed a series of e-brochure pdfs, adverts, website banners and invites
  • Produced a pack of materials for internal sales promotion
  • Supported the company's participation in the Best Companies employee survey
  • Managed the production of themed exhibition materials for use in Dubai and Macau
  • Applied new brand to reception areas, company templates and email footers
  • Maintained the website and updated keywords to improve SEO

What they had to say about me

RPI Chief Executive, Stuart Wilson, describes my contribution like this:

Mark joined RP International at a time when the Company was beginning a major change period and realised it would have to make some dramatic alterations as to how it marketed itself to the outside world and how its brand was perceived.

This required the expertise of a experienced marketeer to inform and guide us through this transition period. Mark achieved the impossible by bringing the company brand and perception right up to date with a modern logo, website and outlook.

Mark's strengths are diplomacy, good assimilation skills, good communication skills, tenacity and professionalism
